Loader Operator

The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas. This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment by conducting regular checks and maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate with truck drivers and other team members to coordinate loading activities
- Keep accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Assist with general site clean-up and maintenance as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating heavy machinery preferred but not required
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation
- Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy equipment
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members

Salary: $900 per month, may increase based on experience.

Location: Greenland (preference for local candidates, but open to non-local candidates)

Contract: 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance.
