A luxury hotel in Greenland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue for a hotel, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and provide analysis of performance

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes if necessary

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for the right candidate. This is a full-time position based in Greenland.
