Guest Services Concierge in Greenland

As a Guest Services Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with their needs and inquiries. Your duties will include making reservations, recommending local attractions and activities, arranging transportation, and ensuring all guest requests are met promptly.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds. You should also possess strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

As this position is located in Greenland, you must be able to work without accommodation and hold your own valid visa. Fluent English is required, while knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
