Concierge - Luxury Hotel, Greenland


As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Greenland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and personalized services to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Your role will involve assisting with reservations, providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, arranging transportation, and handling any guest inquiries or concerns.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills. You should be knowledgeable about the local area and able to make informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

In addition to your primary responsibilities as a Concierge, you will also be expected to assist with other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel. This may include checking guests in/out, responding to phone calls and emails, and maintaining a clean lobby area.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of additional languages would be considered an asset. This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month without accommodation.
