Entry-Level Concierge in Greenland

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations for local attractions and activities
- Coordinate transportation for guests, including airport transfers and car rentals
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met during their stay
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the local area to make personalized recommendations for guests
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
