IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology needs of our company in Copenhagen. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement IT strategies that support our business objectives and ensure the smooth operation of our systems and networks. Your role will involve analyzing current technology infrastructure and identifying areas for improvement, as well as managing the budget for IT projects and equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems and data, as well as providing technical support to staff. We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional with excellent leadership abilities and a strong understanding of current technology trends. This is an urgent position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in developing strategic IT plans
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and data management systems
- Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Experience managing budgets for IT projects
