IT Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the daily operations of our IT department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project management
- Ensure the security and integrity of our network and data through regular maintenance, updates, and backups
- Identify areas for improvement in our current systems and processes and implement solutions to optimize efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to continuously improve our technology infrastructure
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the information technology industry
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, security protocols, and cloud-based technologies
- Proven experience managing projects from conception to completion within budgetary constraints
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working with international teams or in a global organization
