As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that technology is utilized effectively and efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the organization's network, servers, hardware, software, and other technology resources
- Monitor system performance and ensure security, reliability, and availability of all systems
- Oversee the budget for IT projects and manage vendor relationships
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through technology solutions
- Train and support staff on new systems and technologies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and security best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with other departments
