IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's information technology infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management for all IT-related equipment and services
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures to protect sensitive information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, system security, project management
- Experience managing a team of technical professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions
- Understanding of data analytics principles

This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment. Visa sponsorship may be available for candidates who meet our requirements.
