Computer Support Specialist


A fast-growing IT company in Copenhagen is seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are functioning properly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Educate clients on proper computer usage and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Experience required:
Freshers are welcome to apply for this position. However, some prior experience or education in the field is preferred.
