Computer Support Specialist



We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Install, upgrade, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Configure hardware and software according to company policies and requirements
- Provide remote or on-site support to clients as needed
- Train clients on how to use new systems and software
- Keep track of all support requests and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience with networking, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in computer science or related field is a plus
- Experience in customer service or IT help desk role
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications
