IT Support Technician


As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Copenhagen. You will work closely with our team of computer support specialists to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that our clients may have with their hardware, software, or network systems.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client requests for technical assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Provide guidance to clients on how to use various computer programs and systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Keep track of all client communication and maintain accurate records of all support requests
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in order to provide the best possible support to our clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms for non-technical users
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
