Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to our clients and help troubleshoot and resolve any hardware or software issues. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating systems, installing new hardware and software, and providing training to clients as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available. Preference will be given to male candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to senior support staff
- Install, maintain, and update computer systems and peripherals
- Train clients on new hardware and software as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms for non-technical individuals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Copenhagen with the possibility of visa sponsorship. The working hours may vary depending on client needs, including occasional evenings or weekends. As a Computer Support Specialist, you may be required to travel to client locations for on-site support.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
