Our growing software development company is seeking an experienced Senior Level Developer to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, as well as mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions
- Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software development to continuously improve our processes and products
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues as they arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on back-end development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Prior experience in a leadership role or managing a team of developers

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
