Team Lead - Operations (Copenhagen, Denmark)


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our operations team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Create and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think creatively in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of industry best practices related to operations management
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Experience working in an international environment
