We are in search of a highly experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and monitor their performance
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate projects and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Participate in meetings with upper management to discuss progress, challenges, and goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Fluency in Danish
