Project Manager - Copenhagen, Denmark
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include developing project plans, setting deadlines, delegating tasks, and ensuring project objectives are met within budget and on time.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. You must also have strong organizational abilities and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are an asset)
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resources required
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they understand their responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure objectives are met
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project and develop contingency plans
- Conduct project meetings and prepare reports for upper management
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Mentor and train junior project management staff
