Online Consultant

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our growing team in Copenhagen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through various online channels. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations based on the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms such as chat, email, or video conferencing
- Understand and analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide relevant advice
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in using online communication tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred

Salary: $1700 per month (contract job)
Location: Copenhagen (own visa required)
