Online Consultant (Remote)



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through various online communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Offer advice and guidance on products or services offered by the company
- Assist clients with technical issues or troubleshooting via remote desktop tools
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and develop new strategies for client engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients remotely
- Knowledge of various online communication platforms and remote desktop tools
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Location: This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the world. However, preference will be given to candidates who can work within European time zones.

Salary: Starting salary is $1300 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
