Moderator for Online Community (Copenhagen, Denmark)



We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Moderator to join our online community in Copenhagen. As the Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for our members to connect and interact with each other. You will monitor discussions and ensure that all posts comply with our community guidelines. Additionally, you will help to spark conversation and facilitate engagement by creating engaging content and hosting events. This full-time position offers a salary of $1500 per month, free visa and ticket, and the opportunity to work remotely without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and posts in the online community
- Enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive environment
- Create engaging content to spark conversation
- Host events to facilitate member engagement
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other moderators to continuously improve the community experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and actively contribute new ideas

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
- Prior experience moderating online communities or social media platforms preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse groups of people
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Passion for building an inclusive online community
