Job Title: Facade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. This includes working with materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete to create visually appealing and functional building exteriors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and analyze building plans to determine the best approach for facade design and construction
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop efficient and effective facade solutions
- Select appropriate materials for each project based on budget, durability, aesthetics, and other factors
- Oversee the installation of facades, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing facades to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in facade technology and incorporate them into projects when applicable

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and construction
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and structural engineering principles
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed facade designs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members from different disciplines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1800$ per month (with accommodation provided)

Location: Copenhagen (open to all nationalities)
