Formwork Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Formwork Carpenter, your main responsibility will be to construct, set up, and dismantle the temporary structures used to support concrete during construction. You will be working on various construction sites in the city, so a valid biometric passport is required. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Construct formwork using various materials such as wood, steel, or plastic
- Set up formwork using hand tools or power tools
- Pour concrete into formwork and spread evenly using trowels or other tools
- Ensure formwork is sturdy and secure before pouring concrete
- Dismantle formwork after concrete has set and remove any debris or waste materials
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality before moving on to the next project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formwork Carpenter in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools to construct formwork
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
