Part-Time Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Copenhagen. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, including drafting plans, creating 3D models, and conducting site visits. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and development of architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet building regulations and client requirements
- Prepare project reports and presentations for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa to work in Denmark

Salary:
$1100 per month (based on part-time hours)
