Preservation Architect (Part-Time)

We are currently hiring a part-time Preservation Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop preservation plans and oversee the implementation of these plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and assessments of historical buildings
- Developing preservation plans that comply with local regulations and standards
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Overseeing the restoration process, including managing budgets and timelines
- Conducting research on historical buildings to inform preservation plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards for historic preservation
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

As a part-time employee, you will have a flexible work schedule but must be able to meet project deadlines. This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.
