Contract Architectural Technologist (Copenhagen)


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Copenhagen on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to create detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Assist with preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and permits
- Conduct quality control checks on construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month. As this is not a permanent role, accommodation will not be provided. However, candidates must possess a valid biometric passport for travel within the European Union.
