Part-Time Commercial Architect in Copenhagen


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. As a part-time role, this position is perfect for students or those with other commitments looking to gain experience in the field of architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and be able to work independently on a part-time basis. This position does not include accommodation and requires candidates to have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present commercial architectural design proposals
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for designs
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Research building codes, regulations, and material options
- Manage project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently on a part-time basis

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Copenhagen. Candidates must have their own visa to work legally.
