Part-time Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Copenhagen. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine project scope, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed plans and drawings for commercial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Oversee construction process and ensure compliance with plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary: The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location: This job is based in Copenhagen.
