Job Title: Industrial Architect

As an experienced Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities in Copenhagen. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet all safety and building regulations. You must possess strong technical skills in architecture, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed designs and plans for industrial buildings and facilities
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the design process
- Create cost estimates and maintain budget throughout project timeline
- Oversee construction process to ensure quality and timely completion
- Address any issues or changes that arise during construction phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
