Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for both architecture and engineering, as it requires a blend of both skills to successfully design functional and aesthetically pleasing industrial spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for industrial projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Monitor project progress and make any necessary adjustments or changes
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure building codes and regulations are met
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create designs and plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Proficient in CAD software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on international projects or with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles for industrial buildings

Salary: $1100 per week (part-time)
Location: Copenhagen (with accommodation provided if needed)
Employment Type: Part-time (with possibility of full-time)
