Industrial Architect

We are currently hiring an Industrial Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional, efficient, and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and collect necessary information for project planning
- Prepare and present proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
- Use advanced software to create detailed designs and blueprints
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and provide guidance during construction phase
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture projects
- Knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

This is a contract job with a salary of $1700 per month. As we have urgent projects in the pipeline, we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
