Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Administering medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Educating patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical charts as needed
