We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef for a temporary position in Copenhagen. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to guests. This temporary position includes accommodation and is open to candidates with their own valid work visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that are creative, innovative and meet the needs of guests
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety practices
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Monitor budget and control costs to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Valid work visa for Denmark (or eligible for one)
