Restaurant Manager in Copenhagen (Student-Friendly)


As a Restaurant Manager in Copenhagen, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring excellent customer service. Your main goal will be to maximize profits while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and mentor new employees to maintain a high level of service and efficiency
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback to improve their skills

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees towards success
- Good problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $900 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
