Temporary Restaurant Manager (Copenhagen)

As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and manage inventory and ordering. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating schedules, training new employees, and handling any customer complaints or issues.
This is a temporary position that requires no previous experience as we will provide on-the-job training. However, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and able to handle pressure well. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
