We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Copenhagen, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including monitoring food quality, service standards, and overall guest experience
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Create work schedules and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that meet customer demands while maintaining profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and menu development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to the food industry
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 1600$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. Only applications from candidates with their own valid work visa will be considered.
