Construction Manager - Copenhagen


We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Hire and manage subcontractors and construction workers
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality control
- Prepare reports on project status, budget updates, and any issues or concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with project management software is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees.

Location:
This position is located in Copenhagen.
