Construction Manager - Copenhagen
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Copenhagen. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budget management
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage subcontractors and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work quality and progress
- Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Copenhagen
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Danish or Scandinavian nationality preferred
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month.
