Our busy office in Copenhagen is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and ensure they are properly signed in
- Organize and maintain office filing systems
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Order office supplies and keep inventory stocked
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and maintaining financial records
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience working in an office setting preferred but not required
