Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- File documents and maintain electronic records accurately
- Complete data entry tasks with high attention to detail
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data entry experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1600 per month (hourly rate for contract position)
Location: Copenhagen (must be eligible to work in Denmark)
