Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient and smooth office operations. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain files, records, and databases
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
We offer a flexible work schedule for this part-time position. The ideal candidate should be able to work 20 hours per week. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
