We are currently hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in the company. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and monitoring market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the industry
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
