Sales Manager - Copenhagen, Denmark


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Set individual sales targets for team members and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product development) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus

Benefits:
