Experienced Mason in Copenhagen, Denmark


We are currently seeking an experienced Mason to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, stone, concrete, or other similar materials. Your main duties will include laying and aligning bricks or blocks according to blueprints and specifications, mixing mortar and grout, and using various hand and power tools.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Mason
- Proficient in using hand and power tools such as trowels, levels, saws, drills, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of different types of masonry materials and their uses
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights

Responsibilities:
- Prepare building surfaces by laying out patterns or evenly spreading layers of materials such as mortar or grout
- Align bricks or blocks according to blueprints or specifications using plumb lines, straightedges or levels
- Spread mortar over the base or previous layer using trowels or other hand tools
- Use various power tools such as saws or drills to cut or shape materials as needed
- Clean excess mortar from completed work using water hoses or acid solutions
- Repair any damaged brickwork by replacing broken bricks or rebuilding entire sections if necessary
