As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of buildings, equipment, and facilities. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career as a handyman and is willing to learn new skills on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Inspect buildings and equipment regularly to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- No prior experience required but some experience in a related field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other handyman tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation if necessary
