Contract Office Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Copenhagen on a contract basis. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking
- Oversee office budgets and expenses
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise in the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Copenhagen. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Denmark.
