Office Manager - Part Time


As an Office Manager for our growing company in Copenhagen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a part-time position, requiring 25 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be responsible for managing schedules and appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and providing administrative support to the team.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have strong communication skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can anticipate needs and take initiative to keep our office running smoothly. Experience as an office manager or in a similar role is preferred.

Salary: 1200$ per month (based on 25 hours per week)
