Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager in our luxurious Copenhagen hotel, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and generate revenue for the hotel by promoting our services and amenities to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
- Conduct site visits and educate potential clients about the hotel's services and amenities
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitable terms for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and supervise sales staff to ensure they are meeting their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
