Office Manager
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Copenhagen. This includes managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for team members
- Plan and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
- Ensure the smooth running of office operations by maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and liaise with building management as needed
- Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and other external parties
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1100$
Location: Copenhagen (accommodation not provided)
Nationality: Open (non-EU candidates must have a valid biometric passport)
