Hotel Sales Manager
A luxury hotel in Copenhagen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving revenue. The main responsibility of this role is to drive sales for the hotel by developing and implementing effective strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Create sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and develop the sales team to ensure high performance
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or marketing
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferably EU citizenship)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
This is a contract job with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation is not provided. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Copenhagen.
