We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to assist guests with their needs
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Offer personalized services such as arranging special amenities or surprises for guests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests
- Ensure all guest areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local area attractions, events, and services
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
